Themis Haralabides, RA AIA LEED

Introducing Themis, the principal and co-founder of reBuild Workshop. With over 20 years of professional experience, at reBuild he expertly leads a team of architects and craftsmen to create sustainable, top-quality architecture.

Before his current role, Themis excelled as a Senior Designer at Skidmore, Owings, and Merrill (SOM), where he spearheaded the design of major public projects in the United States and abroad, such as Phase 1 of the New Moynihan Train Hall at Penn Station, the remarkable $1.2 billion Terminal 4 redevelopment for Delta Airlines at JFK, and the award-winning Denver Union Station Multi-Modal Hub - which received over 12 national awards, including the prestigious AIA Institute National Honor Award for Regional & Urban Design.

His work has been showcased in various publications, including The Architectural Review, Architectural Digest, Domino Magazine, Architect Magazine, and The New York Times. He is a Registered Architect in New York, a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), and a LEED© Accredited Professional.

Themis holds a professional degree in Architectural Engineering from NTU Athens, Greece, and a Master's degree in architecture from UCLA.

Felipe Torres

Meet Felipe, an accomplished architectural project manager who is passionate about seamlessly integrating design with construction techniques and sustainability. Before joining reBuild, Felipe oversaw the design of various institutional projects and took part in the design development of high-end residential and commercial buildings in New York and other major cities. His expertise spans building codes, construction technologies, and design tools. He holds a bachelor's degree in Architecture and a Master’s degree in advanced architectural design from Columbia University.

Nathan Wang Architect

Nathan Wang

Meet Nathan, an architectural project manager passionate about innovative fabrication techniques, sustainable design, and high-quality construction. With extensive experience in design development and construction management of high-end residential projects in New York and beyond, Nathan is a valuable leader at reBuild. He oversees projects from inception to completion, ensuring top-notch design quality and seamless communication among team members. Nathan holds both a bachelor's and a master's degree in architecture from the University of Waterloo, Canada. 

Shin Young Park

Meet Shin, our talented architectural designer who brings a passion for vernacular architecture and sustainable design to our team. With her expertise, she assists in the development and documentation of our projects from the schematic phase to design development and construction. Shin is highly skilled in the latest technological design tools, including Building Information Modeling (BIM), and holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Pratt Institute. She is a valuable member of our design team.

Iraklis Grigoriou

Meet Iraklis, our expert construction logistics manager who ensures the efficient and timely progression of construction projects. Acting as a bridge between design and construction teams, Iraklis is responsible for managing orders and deliveries. With extensive management experience in complex construction projects both in the US and abroad, including the 2004 Athens Olympics' Olympic Village construction, Iraklis joined reBuild in 2017. He holds a degree in surveying and mapping sciences.
